When you allow us to create a model room, we assign a single Project Manager and Product Development Manager to your job. This ensures that communication is centralized to a dynamic duo who are the internal experts, logistics wranglers, and production liaisons on your project. Those two will take you from concept all the way through to production if you honor us with the opportunity. No handoffs, no confusion— just reliable partnership with experts you trust from concept through installation. We can provide a model room review video call before shipping as well, to ensure that what you receive is exactly what you envisioned.
In product development for production, you’ll work closely with our talented Product Development Managers, who liaise with the team in Asia to execute complicated custom designs. Our QC teams are in factories daily, ensuring production, output, and quality surpass expectations. Upon delivery, our contracted field technicians can be at hand to facilitate and aid installation.
When it's time to ship the finished product, our greater Hooker combined shipping power allows us the flexibility to work with many partner carriers, using many ports and means to get the product to you as efficiently as possible. We have staff in the US and Asia working with Logistics providers in real time so that not a moment is lost getting your goods on water.

We work with only the highest quality factories, and have decades-long relationships with these partners. No project is too big to execute with the resources we have available. Our container capacity is 3,000 per month at present and our factories are always evolving to meet our needs.

Every piece we develop is compliant with the relevant legal codes, including but not limited to TSCA Title VI and the Sturdy Act. Testing is at our expense, with no extra fees to our customer.
Our company's combined resourcing and shipping power allows us to purchase raw material and handle shipping at rates not available to most of the market.
